The proclamation requires that when people are in an indoor public space, and unable to social distance for 15 minutes or longer, masks are required to be worn. The same requirements apply to visitors and employees inside State buildings. Additional mask requirements are imposed for certain specific establishments and gatherings.
The proclamation also limits indoor social, community, business and leisure gatherings or events to 15 people. Outdoor gatherings are limited to 30. This includes wedding and funeral receptions, family gatherings and conventions. But it does not restrict gatherings that occur in the workplace as part of normal daily business or government operations.
With the exception of high school, collegiate and professional sports, all organized youth and adult sports activities of any size are suspended. This includes basketball, wrestling, gymnastics, swimming, dance, and group fitness classes at gyms. While high school sports and extracurricular activities are not prohibited, spectators at games or events are limited to 2 per student and are required to wear a mask.
Restaurants, bars, bowling alleys, arcades, pool halls, bingo halls, and indoor playgrounds are required to close at 10 p.m. and cannot host private gatherings of more than 15 people. Masks must be worn by staff who have direct contact with customers, and customers must wear masks when they are not seated at their table to eat or drink. The proclamation also requires masks inside casinos.
The proclamation also requires hospitals to ensure that inpatient elective procedures are reduced by 50%.

I'd be impressed if that win was on an 88¢ bet, but a .88¢ bet? That's amazing. I didn't think you could even bet that little.

No words were misspelled in the creation of this sign; however, the punctuation is all screwed up. [Why is there an apostrophe in “guests” and not one in “owner’s”? The missing “i” is another whole issue.]
Governor extends space between performers, audiences
Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak has signed an emergency order adjusting the minimum distance between performers and audience members. Previously, as a precaution against the coronavirus, performers were required to maintain 25 feet (7.6 meters) of space between them and the audience. But some smaller venues could not accommodate that restriction. Sisolak’s emergency directive updates the minimum distance to 6 feet (1.8 meters) if performers are wearing masks and 12 feet (3.6 meters) when performers are unmasked. The order applies to all live entertainment and performances at all sizes of public gatherings and events. “This is amazing news,” said Angela Stabile, co-founder of Stabile Productions Inc., which has been operating three different shows at Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel & Casino and Flamingo Hotel and Casino Las Vegas. “It was an extreme guideline to begin with. This is another step in the right direction.” Now, some smaller venue productions also are planning to reopen because of the new guidelines. (3/7)

Unless I'm mis-reading this – or more likely, it's just poorly written - why would I fly to Harrah's Laughlin to pick up an offer that then would require me to drive 10 hours to Lake Tahoe?

I'd like to believe Harrah's Philadelphia is being clever, but, sadly, I think it's just another 'typo' from being careless.
Indiana Grand racing season to begin April 13
Live racing returns to Indiana Grand Racing & Casino on Tuesday, April 13, and extends through Nov. 8. Racing will be conducted at 2:25 p.m. ET Monday through Wednesday with first post on Thursday set at 3:25 p.m. In addition, six all-Quarter Horse racing dates are set on select Saturdays starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 5. A special Indiana Champions Day highlighting the state’s top Thoroughbred and Quarter Horses will be held beginning at noon Saturday, Oct. 30. More information about the 2021 racing season is available at IndianaGrand.com.
Indiana Grand Racing & Casino once again allows guests to eat, drink and smoke while seated at a slot machine or in designated areas. However, guests should continue to wear masks at all times, other than when actively eating, drinking or smoking.
WhileIndiana Grand was initially set to hold live racing Saturday, May 1, due to uncertainty related to COVID-19, the date has been moved to Monday, Nov. 8, closing day for the 19th season of Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse racing. The Kentucky Derby is scheduled for May 1 and will be simulcast at Indiana Grand. “[W]e thought it was in the best interest of all parties to move our scheduled racing day. . .There is a strong likelihood that crowd capacity will still be limited at that time and live racing would only increase issues with safety protocols and potential wait times to enter the facility. We want to provide the best possible on-track experience for guests coming in for the simulcast of the Kentucky Derby and a reduction of activities on that day will alleviate some potential obstacles,” said Eric Halstrom, vice president and general manager of racing.
